Lissette D Alfaro, is a certified trainer in this approach, she is also the Publisher of Corazón Alimentado. That translates in to The Nurtured Heart Approach or energyparenting.com in English. Working at St. Paul’s Church as an addictions counselor, while working for Sister Theresa, Lissette learned the approach, where she found the answer in her long time search to help her intense child who had been diagnosed with ADHD.
